Community centre

Our Community Centre has a main hall and two meeting rooms (which can combine to make one larger room) that are all available to hire.


The Main Hall is not generally available to hire on weekdays during the school term, limited availability is possible during school holidays. Weekends the hall is available to hire from 1pm on Saturday and Sunday

Meeting room availability is a little more flexible - there is limited availability during the working day, more availability in the evenings as well as availability all day at the weekends. The meeting rooms however are NOT suitable for parties.

The centre has the following  ;

Jennett's Park Community Centre is available to hire from 1pm to 10pm on weekends, depending on availability.  


Set-up and clearing-up time is chargeable at your standard rate and MUST be included within the hire times you specify - if you overrun you risk losing your security/insurance deposit.

Main Hall

The jewel in own crown - our main hall is one or the largest in the Bracknell area. It has a tall ceiling and will take most modern inflatable bouncy castles.


It has a sprung wooden floor with underfloor heating. Lighting in the hall is dimmable. Tables and chairs and access to kitchen included in hire cost (see 'facilities' below).


The hall is suitable for private parties, functions, meetings and seminars.


Maximum capacity - 420 people *a temporary limit of 50 people 

(The maximum capacity figure is provided for guidance only and assumes the hall being empty with no furniture, stage, etc)

Meeting Rooms

JPCC has two meeting rooms ; Meeting Room 1 (MR1) is approximately 5 metres x 5.5 metres whilst Meeting Room 2 (MR2) is slightly smaller at 4.5 metres x 5.5 metres.


The rooms are separated by a dividing screen that can be unlocked and pushed back to make one large room (MRC), approximately 9.5 metres x 5.5 metres.


Meeting Room 1 capacity - 54 people

Meeting Room 2 capacity - 52 people

Combined Room capacity - 106 people

MR1 and MRC (not MR2) also have the ability for a fixed overhead projector and screen or large TV screen to be used for presentations, etc

The centre has a large, well-equipped kitchen which you are welcome to use during your hire. It has 2 microwave ovens, 2 fridges, an electric hob and oven, dual sink and an 'on demand' hot water boiler - no need for a kettle. A number of mugs are also available for use with hot drinks, etc.


Please note : hire of the hall and/or meeting room(s) DOES NOT include sole use of the kitchen area on the odd occasion when the whole centre may be in use.


Rubbish must be disposed of by hirer - any bags left at centre will incur a £10 per bag disposal charge.

These items are available for hire, at an additional cost, and subject to availability. They MUST requested in advance to avoid disappointment and there may be an additional charge!
