Are you looking to hire on a Regular or one-off (occassional) basis ?
Click on the resource you wish to hire (for example, for our main hall select "[MH] Main Hall"). If you wish to hire both meeting rooms (combined/MRC) then you will need to complete two separate enquiries, one for MR1 and the other for MR2
Select the category of hire - the majority of hires will be "(CAT C) : Category C" for private hire.
You will then see a list of times available, in 15 minute slots. If the time is blanked out, it is not available. To select a time slot select it use left mouse button. A separate window will open and list how long is available. For example, if you want to hire from 2pm until 6pm then click on "2:00pm" and select "4 hours".
Complete the personal information section and follow the prompts
Remember to allow at least 10 working days for a reply. If you have an urgent enquiry (less than 14 days) please email bookings@jpca.org.uk
If you experience any difficulty please ring 01344 308 571 - please see our contact page for the times we may be able to take telephone enquiries. Be patient, as the bookings are handled by volunteers, and be prepared to leave a message or email us if you don't get a reply on the phone
PLEASE NOTE : The Main hall is NOT available for hire on Weekday evenings or before 1pm on Saturdays and Sundays, the exception being out of school term term
